This is not the case, boutique firms tend to specialize in one type of Real Estate. Our firm specializes in Residential Real Estate. So no matter if you are looking for your first condo, a large acreage property or something in between; our focus is on our relationship with our client. So no matter if our client is looking to buy a home, sell a home, or both we specialize in all Residential Real Estate.

Again, this is not the case. We are able to offer all the same options as a "big box" company; we made a conscious choice to stay smaller. Because of this we can take the time to meet a customized plan for your personal goals as well as create unique marketing. In fact, we feel we have more of an edge in the "mainstream market" because we have the freedom to work this way.
